Justina Nelson

Justina is an accomplished banking professional with over 20 years valuable experience with the last 18 years at Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited. She has obtained experience in both the back office operations and marketing.

She holds a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law and a Master in Business Administration (Marketing) both from the University of Ghana. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Management and Psychology from the University of Ghana.

Justina was the Group Head at Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited with the oversight responsibility of both the Energy & Commercial Banking sectors. Her responsibilities also included overseeing the operations of various branches of the bank in the Eastern and Volta regions of the country.

Justina held various leadership positions within Zenith Bank, including Operations, Branch and Zonal head.

Justina has also attended various leadership, finance and credit courses in Ghana and Nigeria.
